Receptionist Admin Executive

Investment Company of the People's Republic of China (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of the People's Bank of China. The company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the People's Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Schedule appointments, prepare meeting rooms.
- Help maintain workplace security and maintain visitor logs
- Arrange and distribute mails. Answer phones in a professional manner
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, file meeting minutes, arranging staff events etc. Perform adhoc administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates)
- Good time management skills, be selfmotivated, flexible and collaborative. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
