RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to daily HR and administrative functions and duties
- Maintain employee's leave and attendance records
- Assist in full recruitment process: Interviews, onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare, maintain accurate employees personal records with regular updating
- Prepare employees' letters and contracts where required
- Responsible for Marine Crew monthly payroll
- Assist in Tax clearance for resigning employees
- Responsible for ordering and issuance of stationery & access cards
- Participate in HR initiatives/projects/audits, welfare organisation and other events
- Any other adhoc task assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge in MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good interpersonal communication skills, able to work with all levels of employees
- Mature, responsible, positive and proactive, able to work in a team, in fast paced environment
- Meticulous and neat with details
- 2 years working experience as a Generalist role
- ITE, GCE Levels, Diploma or other relevant qualifications
- Experience in Infotech Payroll software an advantage
