The Challenges
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work culture.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and guiding HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent performance assessments.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performancerelated issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and implementation of training programs.
- Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payrollrelated accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and implement changes as necessary.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate employee events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, including payroll oversight.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.
Salary:
$5, $8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
