The Challenges

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and guiding HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent performance assessments.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performancerelated issues.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payrollrelated accounts and address any discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and implement changes as necessary.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Organize and facilitate employee events and activities to promote a positive work environment.

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, including payroll oversight.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.

Salary:
$5, $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
