Our client is a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts. Currently, our client is seeking Accountant cum HR Admin to support finance and HR/ administrative operations in their Singapore office.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decisionmaking.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Administer payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
  • Other adhoc office administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in full sets of accounts management, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Comfortable to take charge of office administrative duties
