Your Main Quest:


We're looking for a versatile marketeer with a strong operational work ethic, fun personality, curiosity, and a passion for scaling marketing efforts in a rapidly scaling startup.

As a Marketing Generalist, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff and gain significant exposure to the CEO, CTO, and Head of Sales.

Your role will encompass brand building, social media, product marketing, content creation, website management and more.

  • Brand Building: Assist in positioning our brand, communicating our vision and mission, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy showcasing the features and capabilities of our generative 3D engine platform.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Discord, generating excitement around 3D world generation through engaging content and expanding our network.
  • Digital Marketing: Perform search engine optimisation to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Performance Marketing: Measure campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, report results, and identify areas for improvement using dashboards and metrics.
  • Community Operations & Management: Build product communities on Discord and Reddit, engaging with developers, forming partnerships, and expanding our reach.
  • Website Development: Craft intuitive layouts and compelling narratives to showcase our accomplishments, use cases, and testimonials so as to attract and convert customers, investors, and talent.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content for developers, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Customer Development: Prepare informative materials, presentations, reports, demos, and tutorials for existing and prospective customers.
  • Research & Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles. Experience in developercentric or SaaS products/services is a bonus
  • Expertise in branding, social media management (especially LinkedIn and Twitter), SEO, and community building.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for social media scheduling, analytics, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset that leverages data to drive decisionmaking and campaign optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Grit and personality to take initiative at an early stage startup
  • Prior experience in an earlystage startup and/or familiarity with AI/ML, computer vision, or complex 3D (AR, VR, Simulation) based products would be a plus.
