In a nutshell

This gig is all about owning all things Marketing at Virgin Active Singapore. This includes all things Marketing such as communications, public relations, events, social media, digital marketing (paid, organic and earned). While this is a generalist role, it has a good component of Digital Marketing with a focus on sharing compelling content and communications which clearly conveys and defines Virgin Active’s brand personality.


A day in the life

Being part of the Marketing team at Virgin Active allows you to dream and think up ideas for the brand and business, aligned to business goals. Think everything Marketing - ideas, objectives, solutions. You get the gist.

To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Senior Marketing Executive.
  • You have aligned experience. You have an understanding of what it means to own the top of the marketing funnel space, increasing awareness and affinity of the brand through compelling content, persuasive presence in all stages of word-of-mouth marketing (online reviews, recommendations and influencers) and continuously growing overall audience reach and engagement in the social channels that target customers reside.
  • You are people focused. You enjoy engaging with others to spark ideas and creativity. You’re patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
  • You are self-assured. You write well. You speak eloquently. You’re known for being amazing at producing content and you’re authentic when you express yourself.
  • You are driven. You pride yourself on knowing how to leverage social media to get the best results. You’re comfortable managing your time to successfully reach goals.
