Key Account Manager - Asia Pacific

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Key Account Manager for the Asia Pacific region? In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and fostering relationships with key clients from diverse industries, with the aim of driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Define and coordinate new target customers in collaboration with regional sales teams
  • Gather industry-specific customer requirements to enhance transport solutions
  • Expand business relationships within existing customer base
  • Conduct industry research and develop strategic industry plans
  • Develop tailored solutions for existing and strategic accounts
  • Arrange and conduct customer visits, both onsite and virtually
  • Participate in marketing and customer events such as conferences and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape and cultural nuances across various APAC markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must hold a valid work permit and residence permit
