We are currently looking for a Human Resource Operation Specialist. The company is a leading provider of self‐developed PC‐client and mobile games to worldwide users.

Job Responsibilities:
_

  • Responsible for the HR operation execution in Singapore and other Asian country, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, termination, transfer,compensation and benefits, data management, etc. Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience.
  • Understand the relevant HR policies in the local country, and establish a compliant, reasonable HR policy.
  • Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers, and continuously monitor and manage service provided.
  • Responsible for local HR operation process and execution. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences.
  • Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis.

Job Requirements:
_

  • Human Resources related learning background, with international study or work experience in Singapore, Korea, Japan, Malaysia in wellknown companies is preferred.
  • More than 3 years of global HR related work experience, familiar with local laborrelated laws and regulations; Experience with HR operation, immigration, payroll, Workday system is a plus.
  • Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively interact with all organization levels in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Hangul is preferred because you will also communicate with the team from China and Korea.

Salary:
$4, $6,000.00 per month
