The Business Development Associate (B2B) primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth in the b2b market segment through product solutioning and client acquisition by working with various internal stakeholders to come up with the right product fit for the market.


He/She will need to identify and research potential B2B clients in Singapore who may benefit from last-mile logistics service, establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with the operations and solutions teams to tailor logistics solutions to meet the specific requirements and even negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential B2B clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Creatively seek and reach out to key decision makers of potential leads, cold or from existing merchants within our network
  • Import and maintain data of leads in Salesforce CRM platform
  • Schedule meetings with potential prospects to understand service requirements of clients
  • Identify market sectors and help to penetrate into new opportunities
  • Prepare sales proposals, pricing structures and contract documents for clients
  • Prepare / Build presentation decks for new acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure required resources and operational support and service are available
  • Acquire new clients to increase sales revenue and push through operational requests to internal stakeholders to meet clients' requirements and SLAs
  • Compliance to sales process and legal compliance during the course of acquiring new accounts
  • Educate clients on the basic requirements prior to using Ninja Van's services
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships and strong rapport with accounts for high account retention and client satisfaction
  • Identify ways to increase sales revenue / wallet shares with existing accounts
  • Ensure delivery SLAs are met to protect the clients' interest

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • 02 years experience in business development or a similar scope
  • Creative thinking someone who is able to design customised solutions to resolve issues specific to each client
  • Resultoriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Enjoy networking and conversing with new people every day and comfortable to engage a diverse array of clients
