Marketing Manager/ Senior, Travel Retail APAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is accountable for both the success of brands under their care and driving Coty's ambitions through effective marketing strategies and flawless execution. As the Marketing Support Function, you will collaborate with TR WW and Global Marketing teams to enhance brand equity and visibility. Working with cross-functional teams like merchandising, digital, education, and demand planning, you will lead marketing operational planning to boost sales and market share goals.

Your primary focus:

Brand & Trade Marketing

  • Develop brand and launch plans in alignment with Sales, Digital & IM teams to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Adapt global brand strategies for regional trade plans, suggesting Travel Retail Exclusive offerings that cater to the business needs.
  • Plan and execute animations with Sales and Visual Merchandising to enhance visibility and drive consumer engagement.
  • Define GWP strategy, pricing strategy, and track competitors' best practices to strengthen brand plans.
  • Collaborate with digital team to drive synergy across digital touchpoints for ecomm growth.
  • Participate in developing a social media strategy with the IM team to boost brand desirability.
  • Track and optimize marketing ROI for key launches.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Partner with demand planning for accurate forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Estimate forecast potential for new initiatives and optimize SKU assortment and business analysis.

Reporting & Others

  • Provide monthly and quarterly brand performance reports and insights for actionable outcomes.
  • Offer valuable insights to enhance brand performance and support launches.
  • Prepare for retailer presentations.
