Prestigious High-end French Brand is in search of an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager with Strong Critical Thinking Skills at Marina Bay Sands

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Secondary or Diploma education
  • Effective and clear communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Focused on achieving objectives, dedicated to project completion, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
  • Demonstrate a keen passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Independently manage store operations, plan effectively, and prioritize tasks
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Luxury industry with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role
  • Offering a Basic Salary of $5000, commission potential of $2,500+, AWS, and Performance Bonus

DUTIES

DRIVE BOUTIQUE PERFORMANCE & COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

  • Achieve various sales targets and objectives as set by Management:
  • Monthly and yearly sales targets across different product categories
  • Regular and efficient communication of business updates to HQ
  • Proactively manage inventories to improve sales and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Enhance the store's commercial performance by identifying opportunities to boost sales and align with company policies
  • Understand and contribute to the communication plan to drive sales

DEVELOP CLIENT PORTFOLIO & SERVICE EXCELLENCE

  • Attract and retain customers through consistent and exceptional service
  • Implement creative customer engagement activities and follow-ups to build loyalty
  • Encourage team members to build strong client relationships and handle customer interactions professionally
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively with tact and diplomacy
  • Utilize customer feedback for continuous improvement

  • Provide strong leadership to motivate the team towards achieving sales goals
  • Lead with a positive attitude, energy, and long-term vision
  • Identify and address team and individual development needs

  • Oversee the development and training of the team

ASSURE THE MERCHANDISING OF THE BOUTIQUE

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure operational maintenance and cleanliness of the store
