What are we expecting from you?
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of the selling floor, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales team and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As a Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing the Van Cleef & Arpels values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.
The Boutique Manager supports and guides the team in all aspects of sales, while maintaining a sales floor presence. A Boutique Manager helps the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching and closing sales and supports the team in developing clients and prospects in the database and in developing a sales strategy to increase loyalty and sales volume in the long-term. A Boutique Manager must motivate the team by leading by example on the selling floor and by building short and mid-term strategies to attract, convert and retain new clients. A Boutique Manager is asked to provide and ensure excellent customer service and help the team nurture and elevate the boutique experience to support sales growth.
