Customer Support Executive

A Customer Service Executive is responsible for order processing and fulfillment tasks, as well as analyzing customers' needs to enhance customer relationships and experiences.
Key responsibilities involve maintaining an updated client database, implementing solutions for improved customer service operations, and promptly addressing customer requests and inquiries.
The work environment is centered around customer satisfaction and service excellence.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attentiveness, patience, and be a collaborative team player capable of effectively resolving customer issues.
Job Duties:
- Issue Sales Orders and process them daily
- Manage phone calls and address customer queries
- Provide sales and administrative support to the marketing department, including coordinating marketing activities and liaising with principal partners
- Plan sales order activities, including processing orders for both local and overseas customers
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing from entry to delivery commitment
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and adhere to the scheduled timeline
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies
- Identify and implement effective solutions promptly
- Prepare quotations, export sales reports, and sales commission documents
- Supervise and prepare export documentation
- Gather customer forecasts to meet order requirements
