Join our team as a Customer Support Executive and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment. As part of our dynamic team, you will manage customer expectations, handle feedback professionally, and work closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute production planning activities with focus on customer order fulfilment, on-time delivery and related logistics support.
- Manage customers' expectations by clearly communicating team's commitment to customer and providing prompt updates.
- Proactively address customer requests/feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Monitor orders regularly and assist in forecasting for Planners through meetings.
- Obtain and share customers' feedback with colleagues and other departments for product and service improvement.
- Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage operational sales activities through the Outstanding Order Report with Customers.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of operation process and experience in MRP system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage feedback, and stay calm.
- Initiative, well-organized, and capable of meeting delivery schedules.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
- Collaborate with sales team on pricing strategy execution.
- Identify business development opportunities through customer engagement.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Project Management or equivalent.
