Job Summary:We are on the lookout for a Franchise Operation Supervisor with expertise in food stall setups and franchise management. This role is ideal for someone with a successful track record in launching new food stalls, overseeing daily operations, and guiding franchisees to achieve operational excellence while maintaining Wooga K-Kitchen's standards. The position demands a mix of entrepreneurial flair and detailed operational know-how, aimed at fostering the growth and success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the launch and development of new food stall sites for Wooga K-Kitchen and its affliated subsidiaries, overseeing all aspects from site scouting to operational launch.
  • Act as the primary liaison for franchisees, offering them continuous support, training, and tools needed for their success with Wooga K-Kitchen.
  • Uphold and reinforce operational standards and protocols across all Wooga K-Kitchen outlets to guarantee product quality, service, and uniformity with the brand's values.
  • Perform regular visits to franchise locations to conduct operational audits, resolve issues, and spot areas for enhancement.
  • Design and deliver training modules for franchisees and their teams on best practices in operations, customer service, and compliance with health and safety norms.
  • Analyze performance metrics of each site to discern patterns, anticipate needs, and strategize for operational improvements and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to aid in promotional efforts and increase footfall to Wooga K-Kitchen stalls.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of quality ingredients and supplies at favorable prices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing food stall or quick-service restaurant operations, with a deep understanding of the food service sector, particularly in Korean cuisine.
  • Background in franchising management, including supporting, training, and evaluating franchisees.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and directing teams in varied locations.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at fostering positive relationships with franchisees, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with food service industry health and safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations for site setup, inspections, and providing franchisee support.
  • Business savvy with a proven record of enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in food stall operation.
