Job Description

The opportunity

In this role, you will collaborate with bank partners in the HNW/UHNW customer segment to implement distribution strategies for HNW Life Insurance. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing distribution strategies to meet/exceed Bancassurance Channel objectives
  • Building supportive relationships with bank partners
  • Exploring business opportunities and executing new business propositions
  • Contributing to product and process development
  • Managing training and events
  • Supporting the segment's pre and post sales needs
  • Negotiating win-win scenarios by understanding external needs and internal constraints

Experience & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience
  • Prior experience in Bancassurance or HNW insurance preferred
  • Required CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct research, organize findings, and build presentations
  • Skilled in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
