Roles & Responsibilities

  • Location: CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)
  • 5 Working Days, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Your Role:

  • Handle cargo booking, planning, and closure for optimal space utilization and loading efficiency
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, claims, and tracking issues
  • Generate Cargo Sales Reports (CSR), airline daily reports, perform data entry, prepare quotations, and engage in telesales activities
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with IATA regulations for cargo submissions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics sector
