We're looking for Inside Sales Lead for Corporate Performance & ESG division. You will report to Sales Director, APAC.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 2-3 days per week).

About the Role

  • Qualify high-quality leads and improve the overall quantity and quality of sales pipeline
  • Articulate value proposition & attach to pain points affecting end-user customers
  • Research target accounts, identify key players, generate interest, develop meaningful relationships with potential customers
  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and the market
  • Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, follow up marketing campaigns, and fielding website inquiries
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and position our solutions to potential customers.
  • Develop and manage customized email and calling campaigns Document account outreach, communications, and next step activities in Sales engagement platform and other systems as needed to measure your impact

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/ telesales role, including quota carrying experience, preferrably experience with software/SaaS selling.
  • Experience with or similar CRM system is a plus
  • Impeccable and engaging telephone manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa, etc) is a plus.
