About the Team
About the Role
Our Customer Advocacy team is looking for a data-driven and energetic individual that can bring customer stories to life, in this Customer Reference Manager role.
The Customer Reference Manager will be responsible for partnering with our sales organization to ensure that our happy customers are used throughout the sales cycle, helping to accelerate each deal.
This role will also have opportunities to support asset creation and storytelling.Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and build a customer base to provide sales references.
- Engage with senior level customers in business conversations, and develop highly engaged, mutually beneficial reference relationships.
- Fulfill reference requests from the sales organization, and ensure accuracy in tracking engagements, activities and feedback from customers to support all teams on future customer engagements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through daytoday activities, and work as an advocate for our customers internally.
- Help maintain the data integrity of the Customer Access Center.
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
- Additional language is a plus e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese but not mandatory
- Role is based in Singapore
