JobResponsibilities
  • Researchand assess current and future learning needs of NTU students withdifferent stakeholders (eg employers, industry professionals,Faculty, colleagues)
  • Facilitate and conductin-house career and employability skillsworkshops
  • Source and collaborate with companiesto provide skills training
  • Source suitablecareer programmes and/or external trainingconsultants
  • Partner and provide trainingadvisory and workshops to Colleges andSchools
  • Evaluate training programmes' andtrainers' effectiveness and relevance
  • Inconsultation with internal stakeholders such as the industryoutreach and career coach team:
    - Source and collaboratewith companies to provide skills training
    - Develop careerresources and training materials to support students'learning
    - Source and evaluate ed-tech tools/platforms forcareer programmes
  • Support workshopadministration (e.g. training schedule, vendor liaison,procurement, payment, logisticarrangements)
  • Create publicity materials andmonitor registrations
  • Provide regular trainingstatistics for reporting and strategicdecision-making
  • Conceptualise and design newprogrammes whenrequired


JobRequirements
  • A recogniseddegree with at least 4 years experience in training anddevelopment, curriculum design and planning, and/or courseadministration
  • ACTA / ACLP / DACE from WSQwould be preferred
  • Experience in conductingcareer preparation workshops for earlycareers
  • Knowledgeable in learning strategies,pedagogies and ed-techtools/platforms
  • Knowledgeable and has a widenetwork of contacts and resources in skills at least 3 of thefollowing areas: Digital Literacy, Critical Thinking/DesignThinking, Communication, Leadership, Global & CulturalAwareness
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and indatabase software
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Strong critical thinkingand decision-making
  • Meticulous with strongorganisation and administrationskills
  • Excellent team player with stronginterpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative,self-motivated, and focused in achieving qualityoutputs
  • A can-do and positive workattitude
