My Client, a global MNC in Tech space is seeking a Desktop Support Operator to support the Infra/DataCentre Division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide guidance on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Document and track incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Support IT team with system maintenance, updates, and deployments.

Requirements:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and Active Directory.
