Customer Service Officer/ Sales Support

- Deliver exceptional customer service support through email and phone interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
- Manage and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Allocate stock and coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders.
- Foster strong relationships through regular meetings and effective communication with customers.
- Address and resolve customer challenges, providing value-added solutions.
- Extract, organize, and analyze data for monthly reporting purposes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Introduce and promote new products to existing customers, fostering upselling opportunities.
- Handle additional tasks and participate in projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably experience in SAP
- Previous experience in a customer service role, sales order processing.
- Short notice period
