  • Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to existing and prospective households and students through instant messaging, phone conversations, other communication tools, roadshows and events. It involves a deep understanding of the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs.
  • Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the core competencies of the company.
  • Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage customer communications.
  • Oversee class scheduling and work with the accounts team to manage invoicing.
  • Work closely with other departments’ stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans and objectives.
  • Take ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within SLAs.
  • Play a key role in the customer support function establish continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Attend any marketing or industry events when required.

 

Qualifications

  • A Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM, sales or customer service are highly desirable.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong consultative selling and business development flair.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
