Work Week: 5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will provide exceptional support to our sales team, manage customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document management.
  2. Coordinate sales-related activities, such as product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions.
  3. Assist with sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and sales performance data.
  5. Support the supervisor in preparing and following up on client sales quotations, processing, purchase orders, etc.
  6. Coordinate between various departments/offices and parties to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment and sales exhibition locally and overseas.

Customer Service:

  1. Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries by email.
  2. Engage and maintain good relationships with the sales team locally and overseas.
  3. Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

Collaboration and Product Knowledge:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  5. Strong product knowledge and technical skills (or willingness to learn).
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and customer service tools.
  7. Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  8. Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese as this candidiate must communicate with internal and external stakeholders globally including China.
