Job Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products, services, and policies.
Sales Support: Occasionally assist in sales processes by identifying upselling opportunities or providing product recommendations.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting on customer interactions.
Order Management: Order Processing, tracking orders, inventory management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships and customer retention.
