Regional Sales General Manager

Job Description
➤Create a business plan and obtain approval from the board of directors in Japanese HQ
➤Also create and update a medium-long term sales plan every year and obtain approval from HQ in Japan
➤As a Regional General Manager of Sales, strive to expand business not only in Singapore, but also ASEAN countries
➤Examine and plan improvements to departmental operations, and further implement and disseminate them
➤Lead the sales team and advice and provide guidance to subordinates through sales activities
➤Provide education and evaluate and provide guidance to new and existing members
➤Regularly check the progress of business plans and expenditure status of the expense budget, and take measures as necessary.
➤Regularly report management status to the board of directors in Japan
➤Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the board of directors in Japan
➤Attending for business travelers from Japan, visitors within Japan, or attending to neighboring countries.
Job Requirement
➤At least 10 years of related B2B sales experiences
➤Also minimum 5 years of experience as Sales manager in Singapore
➤Food industries experience is a great advantage
➤Business level of Both English and Japanese speaking abilities to engage with clients and HQ in Japan
➤Person who is interested in Japan and Japanese culture, especially Food
➤Initiative, independent, patient, and flexible person will be preferred
➤Person who is willing to have business travels frequently
