**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our event management services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their event needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations:** Present our event management services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of partnering with us.
- **Proposal Creation:** Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes for clients, ensuring all details are clear and aligned with client expectations.
- **Negotiation:** Handle negotiations, addressing client concerns and closing deals to secure contracts.
- **Client Retention:** Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the event planning team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are executed smoothly.

- **Market Research:** Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
