Job Summary
The IT Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between the IT department and business units, ensuring that IT services and solutions align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and business processes to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and technology needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support for IT-related initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT services and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and align IT goals with business objectives.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
