About the role
As a Strata Management Accounts Admin at Knight Frank, you will be resonsible for handling accounting administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare partial or full set of accounts.
- Prepare schedules for all Profit and Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
- Address and resolve accounting-related queries.
- Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) reports.
- Liaise with auditors, banks and operations team.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
- Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
