  • Provide technical advice and solutions to customers across various industries.
  • Adapt to company standards and handle customer challenges with professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Acquire new customers consistently and drive sales growth.
  • Visit customer sites at least three days per week to promote products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Successfully launch and promote new products.
  • Boost market share in the assigned territory.
  • Organize and participate in seminars and trade shows.
  • Manage daily tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Keen interest in learning technical products.
  • Willing to work in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good listener with the ability to respond to customer needs.
  • Goal-driven, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Open to training, mentorship, and a structured sales process.
  • Follow company policies on dress code, punctuality, and sales procedures.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%, including possible overnight trips.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
