Exciting Opportunity: VIC Client Relations Manager – Italian Luxury Timepieces
Are you passionate about luxury timepieces and creating unforgettable experiences for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)? Join us in shaping the future of client engagement for a prestigious Italian timepiece brand.
As the VIP Client Relations Manager, you will report to the Retail Performance and Training Manager for SEAO. Your mission is to drive high-end timepiece sales, coach boutique teams in client relations, and cultivate exceptional relationships with clients in Singapore, with opportunities to expand across Southeast Asia.
This role is perfect for a strategic and relationship-driven individual eager to connect with discerning clientele and elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury market.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales and Cultivate Relationships
- Recruit, retain, and upgrade a robust portfolio of VICs (Very Important Clients).
- Reactivate dormant clients and expand the database by building strong connections.
- Identify new client channels through clubs, associations, and corporate circles.
- Host and participate in events, leveraging watch communities and social opportunities.
- Champion corporate sales and proactive client acquisition with the “hunters” elite squad.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to design and execute a clear client development action plan.
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing client purchase trends and profiles.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring every client touchpoint delivers excellence.
- Support boutique teams in enhancing client relations and communication skills.
- Partner with Boutique Managers to review client histories and design personalized action plans.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, embodying its core values in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the luxury industry, with a proven track record in sales or client-facing roles.
- Network Savvy: Skilled at managing HNWI relationships and building a strong network.
- Personality: Outgoing, entrepreneurial, with exceptional social and emotional intelligence.
- Mindset: Flexible, creative, and curious, with a team-oriented approach.
- Expertise: Adept at identifying opportunities, strategizing client engagement, and executing events.
