CCDS is seeking a dynamicand experienced professional to lead and drive alumni engagementinitiatives and events at the College while contributing to theUniversity's broader strategic objectives. The successful candidatewill work closely with the Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE) andother relevant stakeholders to cultivate and maintain a thrivingcommunity of alumni, fostering a lifelong, mutually beneficialrelationship with CCDS and NTU. Additionally, this role willsupervise the CCDS UG Internship Administration Team-a new functionwithin CCDS-and explore synergies between student internshipprogrammes and alumni engagement.

JobResponsibilities:

AlumniEngagement & NetworkDevelopment
  • Lead and managethe CCDS Alumni Association's operations and strategicinitiatives.
  • Design and execute engaging alumnievents, seminars, and themed activities, such as homecomingcelebrations, class reunions, and professional networkingsessions.
  • Develop and implement programs thatsupport alumni's professional growth and continuouslearning.
  • Create and maintain pathways foralumni philanthropy.
  • Establish and nurturerelationships with alumni through strategic communication andengagementinitiatives.


StudentMentorshipProgrammes
  • Collaborate withthe Student Care team to develop and maintain alumni mentorshipprogrammes.
  • Track and refine programmeeffectiveness.


UndergraduateInternshipAdministration
  • Identify andleverage synergies between alumni networks and internshipopportunities.
  • Supervise the undergraduateinternship team operations, ensuring effective programmedevelopment and studentsupport.


Operationsand Governance
  • Manage budgetand resources for alumni engagementinitiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with universityregulations governing alumniactivities.
  • Monitor program effectivenessthrough surveys and feedbackmechanisms.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report onoutcomes of various activities with a view to drive continuousimprovement.


JobRequirements:
  • Bachelor'sdegree from a recognized university.
  • Provenexperience in alumni/stakeholder relations, advancement,events/vendor management and community or professional networkengagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, both written andverbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multipleprojects and stakeholderssimultaneously.
  • Strong organizational andleadership capabilities.
  • Ability andwillingness to collaborate within a team in a fast-pacedenvironment while also working independently and beingself-motivated.
  • Experience in managing andexecuting webinars, and engagement programmes, preferably in analumni relations or higher educationsetting.
  • An understanding of the highereducation landscape or professional/industry associations ispreferred.
  • Demonstrated success in donorcultivation and stewardship will be a distinctadvantage.
