Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or supply chain management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s customer base in logistics and supply chain services.

•Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

•Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

•Manage and report on sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development performance to the senior management team.

•Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company and develop professional networks.
