Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is integral to driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the business for sustained success in the massage industry. By hiring a Business Development Manager, the beauty industry not only stands to expand but also improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: The Business Development Manager identifies and capitalizes on new market opportunities, helping the business broaden its client base and attract diverse demographics.
  • Strategic Partnerships: This role focuses on building relationships with local salons, spas, beauty influencers, health and wellness centers, makeup artists, and beauty product suppliers, creating referral networks and co-branded marketing opportunities.
  • Sales Growth: Developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue, including introducing new services, packages, or membership programs, is a key focus of this position.
  • Brand Awareness: The Business Development Manager enhances brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and community engagement, attracting new clients.
  • Client Retention: They create initiatives to foster client loyalty, such as loyalty programs or personalized follow-ups, ensuring repeat business and long-term client relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences ensures the business stays ahead of the competition and adapts to evolving market conditions.
  • Operational Efficiency: By identifying areas for improvement, they streamline operational processes and enhance the overall client experience.
