HR & Admin Assistant (Shenton Way)

Location: Shenton Way (Near MRT)
5 Days Work Week
Salary: $2,800 - $3,200 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- To provide efficient office administration and HR support by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining effective communication, and organizing office needs.
- Monitor usage and costs of supplies (e.g., stationery, printing consumables).
- Coordinate maintenance for office equipment, pantry upkeep, and pest control.
- Arrange housing, relocation, and tenancy agreements for expatriates.
- Coordinate repairs and renewals with vendors.
- Prepare onboarding documents, access cards, and locker assignments.
- Manage exit formalities and asset return.
- Maintain and adjust electronic leave records.
- Assist with insurance claims, medical benefits, and hospitalization.
- Handle PSA passes, car permits, and travel expense claims.
- Support planning for team bonding activities, CSR events, and family day.
- Arrange travel bookings, visas, and accommodations for management and visitors.
- Create invoices in system and manage GIRO applications.
- Assist with projects assigned by the Assistant GM or HR/Admin team.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration/Office Management.
- 1-3 years in Administration/Office Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Team player with critical thinking abilities.
