Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day email communication with customers and distributors, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
  • Provide quality customer service by reviewing, assessing, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) of 90% email resolution within 5 working days.
  • Collaborate with various business units to provide a seamless, one-stop solution to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in additional duties and projects as assigned to support the overall team and business objectives.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department or management.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate patience when dealing with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and improve customer service processes.
