Weekend Customer Service Officer

At Sports Schooling, we believe in raising active, confident and growth-minded children through sports. We run swim and other sports enrichment classes for children at multiple locations across Singapore.

As our Company continues to grow, we are looking for long-term part-time Customer Service Officers to serve as the Company’s first point of contact and manage all parent inquiries during class. The Customer Service Officer will undertake all administrative duties at our front desk during weekends.

We want to kids and parents to feel welcomed and valued while on our premises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for parents and children at the front desk on weekends.
- In-charge of student attendance
- Collect payment and maintain updated records of payments
- Manage all inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information to parents and children about the company's services and policies
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers
- Undertake various administrative duties as needed
- Monitor inventory supplies and inform managers when necessary
- Make recommendations to managers on policies and initiatives to improve overall customer experience
- Able to work independently and in a team with a high level of motivation and initiative

**Requirements**:

- Enjoy interacting with children
- Good communication skills
- A friendly and easygoing personality
- Comfortable with technology (ideally with own laptop)
- The ability to create a comfortable and valued experience for kids and parents
- All training will be provided
- Background in hospitality/retail preferred but not required

As this role involves working with children, you will also be required to pass a child safeguarding course and background check.

**Schedule**:
Positions are available for Saturdays and/or Sundays, weekly, at our Yishun location.

**1) Full day Saturday 8:30 - 6:00 PM (with break from 12:00-1:30PM)
**2) Full day Sunday 8:30 - 6:00 PM (with break from 12:00-2:30PM)
**Salary**:
$13-15/hour
