Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and organized Centre Assistant to provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and support our centre's goals. As a Centre Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Attending to walk-in customers and responding to phone/email enquiries
- Providing professional course consultation and exceptional customer service to prospective customers
- Working closely with the Operations Manager in student placements and scheduling of classes
- Communicating and coordinating with customers to ensure prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries
- Processing student registrations and payments
- CORRESPONDING WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS THROUGH PHONE, TEXT MESSAGES, EMAILS AND LETTERS
- Performing various administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations
To succeed as a Centre Assistant, you should possess:
- Fluent English language skills to handle both English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Confident and tactful communication skills to handle customer needs
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and students
- Must love children and be comfortable working around them
- Possess a cheery and pleasant disposition
- Meticulous and systematic approach to administrative procedures
- Excellent team player with a people-oriented personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other administrative applications
As a Centre Assistant, you will enjoy:
- Competitive hourly rate: $12 per hour for Weekday / $15 per hour for Weekend
- Flexible working hours: Saturday & Sunday from 8.30am to 1.30pm, Adhoc on Weekdays
- Work location: Parkway Parade
