Job Title: Weekend Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic customer service professional to assist in launching a new swim school in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work on their feet, and have good analytical abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our program.
* Show facilities to new customers and direct them to their classes.
* Learn and explain our program to customers.
* Open and close the school on weekends.
* Sell our program to customers, complete sign-ups, and grow the business.

Requirements:
* Availability to work on weekends (Saturday + Sunday) from 8am to 6pm.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
