JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations from Recruitments & Selection, on and off-boarding and other Employee relations (grievances and disciplinary matters).
  • Administer payroll process and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Manage work passes administration and management of HDB rented units for staff
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/payroll admin experience preferably in Manufacturing, Logistics or Construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Positive working attitude, team player and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Experience in Payroll will be advantageous.
  • Experience in e-Frontier system will be advantageous.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
