About the company

Reporting to the Country Manager, your key responsibilities would includes

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to target enterprise clients and government organizations.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and events.
  • Promote organisational as a thought leader in digital transformation through content creation, media coverage, and industry events.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and case studies.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide necessary tools and resources.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Utilize customer insights and analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Work closely with global marketing teams, product managers, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Skills and experience required

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or transferable industries with keen interest in venturing into the IT industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
