[CSRE] Assistant HR Manager

Summary:
- Food supplier company
- Basic up to $4800
- Variable bonus + AWS
- Location: Senoko
- Mon - Fri @ 8.30 - 5.30pm
- Report to HR manager
Key Duties:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions / operations
- Implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees including monthly CPF taxes
- Prepare regular HR report including employee turnover and absenteeism
- Conduct salary benchmarking and give recommendation for adjustments
- Manage performance appraisal process and support manager to address performance issues
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
- Perform other HR / admin related duties
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR / Business Administration
- At least 5 years experience in HR (2 years in a managerial role)
- Must have background in food industry
