Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to support HR operations and lead a team of 3 HR Executives/Assistants, working closely with the HR Manager. This role calls for an experienced and versatile HR professional with expertise in payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and general HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute HR operations, including payroll processing through Infotech for a workforce of 250–300 employees.
  • Oversee and support recruitment efforts to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three HR Executives/Assistants, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company HR policies.
  • Address and resolve operational HR challenges, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and refine HR strategies and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and prepare reports as necessary.
