IT Support Manager

- Mentor and develop a high-performing support team, ensuring continuous training, clear goals, and efficient operations.
- Oversee issue resolution, optimize workflows, and implement proactive strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Streamline support processes, leverage automation, and ensure compliance with security and industry standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements in service reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Cyber Security or equivalent.
- Certified in CompTIA A+, Azure Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA, ITIL, ScrumMaster, or Six Sigma.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or management, resolving issues in software, hardware, networking, and cloud environments.
- Proficient in OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), Networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Helpdesk (Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM (Salesforce), and Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog).
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or similar.
