Junior Design Producer Admin Support, Consumer Banking Group, Group Design

"Design producers guide design teams to better ways of working through the right tools and processes. They know what the team needs before they themselves do. And they advocate in the organization to make it happen."

What you'll be doing

Your goal will be to enable the design team to do better work. You will dig deep to find out why things don't work, fight hard to get rid of outdated processes, find ways to make our money go further and bring harmony to the team. Because of you, our designers will have the space to think, breathe and create.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the end to end procurement contract process

2. Manage and follow up on monthly contract headcount invoicing and paperwork

3. Review and manage user access and licenses for design tools

4. Update budget tracker with monthly expense report and follow up on clarifications

5. Support day to day operations for the dept such as hardware asset management, onboarding, offboarding, operational queries.

6. Manage logistics for monthly staff events such as townhalls, offsites.

7. Update various tracker in the form of excel sheet (i.e. resource management, invoice management, e.t.c) and making sure all numbers are up-to-date and accurate.

Your team and career

This role sits within Design Operations, one of the units in the Centre of Excellence team, and is based in Singapore. This is a regional group-level role and your role is significant in enabling Group Design to deliver best-in-class consumer, corporate and employee experiences for the bank. You will support the senior producers in the DesignOps team.

Duration: 12 months contract
