Customer Service Executive

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension and conversion to a permanent position.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle daily inquiries and provide top-notch support across our online and in-store platforms. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage orders, liaise with warehouses, and resolve customer concerns to ensure a seamless shopping experience
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Handle and follow up daily customer enquiries for both Instore & Online platforms in a timely and professional manner including membership & loyalty program, product & pricing, order status, billing checking, delivery, complaint, or any post-sales issues through email, phone, instant messaging, social media and on-site support etc.
- Coordinate accordingly with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Liaise with warehouse on all orders matters (products, pick, pack, delivery, exchange, return etc)
- Offer exceptional & courteous services to our members and provide support to our regional markets
- Manage customer complaints effectively and provide the best appropriate solutions to meet both customers’ needs and business objective
- Work closely with E-commerce Team for presale/aftersales issue and provide feedback for better customer experience
- Liaise with internal teams for online return & exchange procedures
- Assist in analyze and evaluate customer feedback and provide suggestions to optimize customer experience for both online and offline platform in weekly meetings
- Provide administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
WHAT IT TAKES
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in customer service role
- Possess experience in a retail environment, warehouse, supply chain is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Shopify or other retail e-commerce platform
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word and Excel
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
