Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our team, reporting to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting the onboarding of blue-collar workers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize personnel files (P-files) and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction for blue-collar workers.
  • Coordinate medical check-ups, training schedules, and other HR administrative duties.
  • Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
  • Follow up diligently on outstanding documents, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Support the HR Manager and team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in blue-collar workforce management.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
