Working hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thur) ; 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
Job Responsibilities
1.Provide support to students during course registration periods, ensuring their needs and inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved.
2.Respond to enquiries related to credit transfers, providing accurate information and guidance to students.
3.Review and process credit transfer applications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
4.Generate reports to identify students who meet the criteria for graduation and distribute them to academic departments for verification of graduation requirements.
5.Check and ensure accurate issuance of certs to graduates.
6.Review past academic records, manually check physical documents where necessary and accurately retrieve certificate and transcript details for cert issuance to alumni.
7.Ensure correct assignment of certificate and transcript details on cert by communicating requirements to cert vendor.
8.Facilitate the collection of funds from donors, process, and disburse funds to prize winners.
9.Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field with 1-2 years of relevant admin work experience
