We are relentless in protecting our customers and we believe that the unique ideas of every member of our team contributes to our collective success. Our values were crowdsourced by employees and are brought to life through each of us everyday - from disruptive innovation and collaboration, to execution. From showing up for each other with integrity to creating an environment where we all feel included.

  • Enable our partners to become a global community of platform evangelists sharing ideas, experiences and solving problems together.

  • Develop and deliver enablement assets, tools and programs including case studies, playbooks, story campaigns, ePublications, sales applications, etc.

  • Teaming with our partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to expand course and certification offerings for our partners.

  • Collaborating with our Tech Solution Architect team to design impactful curriculum and facilitation

  • Designing learning journeys for various sales, pre-sales, and post-sales partner personas

  • Collaborating with marketing and partner program teams to promote partner certification offerings

  • Providing subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on enablement and certification best practices

  • Designing new processes to scale the delivery for ILT, VILT, and e-learning offerings

  • Working with cross-functional operational and technical teams to automate learning operations for efficiency and scale

Your Experience

  • 5+ years in sales enablement and/or partner enablement

  • A background in creating customer or partner learning programs for scale including ILT, VILT, and e-learning delivery models

  • Experience teaming with operations, partner programs, and partner marketing to advance partner enablement program priorities

  • A track record of developing impactful strategic programs with measurable business impact

  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through - can own and take tasks through to completion

  • Interpersonal and influence skills- ability to network inside the company, create relationships, and influence other teams to get work done
