Human Resource Intern

Responsibility:
- Create job descriptions and advertise the position on job portals.
- Source potential candidates and conduct tele interviews.
- Arrange the interviews with HR/ Managers and candidates.
- Liaise with HR and department Managers on recruitment needs and hiring.
- Prepare all onboarding and offboarding processes and paperwork.
- Develop and support employee engagement and HR-related jobs.
- Support manpower recruitment for projects with department Managers.
- Check staff attendance and absenteeism.
- Ensure staff has applied for leave and matches the timesheet.
- Update the recruitment database and submit reports.
- Other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Interest and passion in HR and recruitment.
- Willing to learn and create ideas to improve the process.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen to learn and explore hiring processes.
- Keen to learn, target-driven, self-motivated, persistent and passionate about success.
